Accordion card/album + Photo Tutorial and a Greeting card.

Hello there!

Today i would like to share with you all my latest work on the newly launched paper pack 'Succulent Garden' by ItsyBitsy.
Loved this pack, its very bright and colorful.

I thought of trying a Accordion card/album for this paper and had came across a tutorial of the same in YouTube sometime back.

Also, why not post a photo tutorial for this. it that awesome! ?

So, grab some coffee, sit back , relax as you go through this picture heavy post :)

Have fun guys!

Loved this paper pack!!!

I have used embossed black card stock from Itsy bitsy of A4 size - 2 sheets and
cut them into 6 by 12 and scor at  4, 7 1/2, 11 inches
Cut another card stock at 6 by 11 inches and scor at 3, 6, 8 1/2 inches.

Join them together in such a way, when folded it forms a 'step' accordion.

Cut Green Card stock in the following measurements :

2  - 2 3/8 by 5 7/8 inches
2 - 2 7/8 by 5 7/8 inches
2 - 3 3/8 by 5 7/8 inches
1 - 3 7/8 by 5 7/8 inches

Cut Pattern papers in the following measurements :

2 - 2 1/4 by 5 3/4 inches
2 - 2 3/4 by 5 3/4 inches
2 - 3 1/4 by 5 3/4 inches
1 - 3 3/4 by 5 3/4 inches

Also, fussy cut the cute Succulent figures and sentiments. Approx. 16 inches Green organza ribbon required to fold together the card.

Now, lets make a Box envelope for the card.
I have chosen green card stock for the same of size 10 by 10  inches.
Using MS scoring board, i have made the envelope with the help of the measurement guide given on the board.
I have taken the width of card as 3/4 inches so that the card can fit in easily.

The edges are cut as shown for neat finish.

Here it is !
Accordion card/Album with a Box envelope!
Had fun creating this.

Here is the unfolded view of the card/album.
I have inserted small pockets to hold tags and space for photos too.

Succulent paper pack is very apt for making greeting cards too.
So, thought of giving a try on a CAS card.

Isn't that cute ?

Thats all for today. :)

Please do feel free to add your suggestions and comments.

Thanks for stopping by!
